    We appreciated nicely furnished and brand-new rooms and good food.

    Booked a room with exceptionally GOOD views to Kobe downtown. The bed was nice and there was free Wi-Fi.

    I had very good stay, the place is reasonably priced and extremely convenient!

    The service was very good with parking in the hotel. It was magnificent, brand-new and except for the beds.

    The location is fantastic for exploring Kobe, with great attractions like Kidzania Koshien Theme Park nearby. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and my daughter loved the spacious, beautifully decorated room. The free shuttle made city excursions easy!

    For dads, it would be great if the beds were softer.

    Liked scrumptious and magnificent breakfasts, and neat hotel.

    check in was quick, hotel was luxury, locations was favourable perfect to take bay shuttle ferry across osaka bay to osaka's kix international airport. i had good food for breakfast with wonderful view. location: the venue was short walk to kobe and two restaurant options, both with a wide variety of excellent japanese and western food and light railway station.

    excellent access to parks and major attractions nearby

    I loved how easy it was to stroll to meriken park just under 3 km away and the inviting atmosphere of the ucc coffee museum which is only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The spacious room in the main building added to the pleasant experience as a single traveler seeking comfort and convenience.

A highlight was the breakfast buffet on the 30th floor with lovely views alongside a delicious variety of foods. The hotel's aging decor felt inconsistent, and charging for the pool facilities seemed outdated. The location, while convenient for transport, lacked nearby amenities was good.
